I am a Project Manager on a major Army project. To date, our Project Office has used the services of FPMS on two separate occasions. The first was to receive PRINCE2 training. This was found to be highly professional and enjoyable. The project management experience of Kenn Dolan and Jo Adams helped to ensure that the material was presented in a highly practical manner. This Project Office has implemented what was learnt on the course enabling the project to overcome numerous difficulties, particularly in the initial stages.

The Project Office has also employed the consulting services of FPMS. The Project Team was initially given training by FPMS in Risk Management. This was followed by the development of a Risk Management Plan in collaboration with FPMS. The Risk Management Plan has been found to be highly effective and has enabled the Project Office to conduct Risk Management internally, adding significant value to the overall Project Management. I found Kenn's approach to be highly commendable and have no hesitation in recommending the services of FPMS.
